- 48 2 oz plastic soufflé cups with lids
- 1 3 oz box Jolly Rancher watermelon flavored gelatin
- 1 3 oz box Jolly Rancher green apple flavored gelatin
- 1 3 oz box Jolly Rancher blue raspberry flavored gelatin
- 1 3 oz box orange flavored JELL-O gelatin
- 1 3 oz box lemon flavored JELL-O gelatin
- 1 3 oz box grape flavored JELL-O gelatin
- 6 cups boiling water (divided)
- 1 cup Apple Pucker schnapps (chilled)
- 1 cup Watermelon Pucker schnapps (chilled)
- 4 cups vodka (chilled)
Instructions
- Begin by placing all 48 plastic soufflé cups on a large cookie sheet or tray. This makes them easy to transport to the refrigerator once filled. Set aside.
- **To make the watermelon jello shots:** Add the 3 oz box of Jolly Rancher watermelon flavored gelatin to a medium mixing bowl.
- Carefully pour 1 cup of boiling water over the gelatin powder. Whisk thoroughly for about 2-3 minutes until the gelatin is completely dissolved and no granules remain.
- Stir in 1 cup of chilled Watermelon Pucker schnapps. Ensure it is well combined.
- Carefully pour the watermelon mixture into 8 of your prepared plastic soufflé cups, filling each one close to the top.
- Place the filled cups on the cookie sheet in the refrigerator. Chill overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours to allow them to set firmly.
- **To make the green apple jello shots:** In a separate medium mixing bowl, add the 3 oz box of Jolly Rancher green apple flavored gelatin.
- Pour 1 cup of boiling water over the gelatin and whisk continuously until the gelatin is entirely dissolved, taking about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in 1 cup of chilled Apple Pucker schnapps until thoroughly mixed.
- Pour this green apple mixture into another 8 plastic cups, filling each one to the top. Chill these alongside the watermelon shots overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- **To make the blue raspberry, orange, lemon, and grape jello shots (using vodka):** For each remaining flavor (blue raspberry, orange, lemon, grape), add one 3 oz gelatin packet to a separate mixing bowl. You will have four bowls in total for these flavors.
- For each bowl, pour in 1 cup of boiling water and whisk until the gelatin is fully dissolved. Make sure to use a clean whisk or separate whisk for each bowl to avoid flavor mixing.
- To each of these four bowls, stir in 1 cup of chilled vodka. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
- Pour each of the flavored gelatins (blue raspberry, orange, lemon, grape) into 8 plastic cups each, ensuring even distribution.
- Chill all the newly filled cups overnight or for a minimum of 4 hours until they are completely set and firm.
